Standard Order:

Definition:

  • A sales order is a legally binding agreement between a seller and a customer for the sale and delivery of goods or services.

  • It initiates the order-to-cash cycle, which includes everything from order creation to invoicing and payment collection.

Process:


Return Order

Definition:

  • A return order is a type of sales document used to process customer returns.

  • The customer will report any damage or fault in the delivered goods or expired stocks to the company.

  • Following the creation of a return order using the original invoice, a return invoice is created referencing the return order.

Rush Order

Definition:

  • Rush is an immediate delivery order.

  • Whenever customer asking delivery immediately then we do rush order process.

Cash Sales

Definition:

  • Cash sales are common in retail or counter sales where the customer directly pays for the goods.      

  • The customer will walk into outlets, pick up the materials, go to the counter, pay the cash, take the bill, and leave the counter. Example: Big Bazaar, Wal-Mart.
