Definition:
A sales order is a legally binding agreement between a seller and a customer for the sale and delivery of goods or services.
It initiates the order-to-cash cycle, which includes everything from order creation to invoicing and payment collection.

Return Order

A return order is a type of sales document used to process customer returns.
The customer will report any damage or fault in the delivered goods or expired stocks to the company.
Following the creation of a return order using the original invoice, a return invoice is created referencing the return order.

Rush is an immediate delivery order.
